She's baaaaack!
Kristen Ulmer - the Fear Guru - Makes her second appearance.
🎙️🚨 NEW PODCAST AVAILABLE 🚨🎙️
There’s nothing I enjoy more than someone who bucks conventional wisdom.
It’s not that conventional wisdom is all “bad” per se, it’s just that things grow, change, and evolve (as do we) and it becomes outdated or useless.
Also, there’s nothing that irks me more than someone who constantly abides by and will not budge from, “well that’s the way we’ve always done it.”
The very snarky version of Lauren wants to say, “that sounds awesome. And how’s that really working for you?”
But not many people respond to snarkiness … and for fair reasons. Everyone wants to believe what they have to say and what they believe has merit; which it absolutely does! It just may also be that a refined or redefined belief could actually be more effective.
That’s why we welcomed back Kristen Ulmer for this week’s podcast! And once again she dropped some unconventional wisdom about fear that will get your soul churning on what it means to have a different, more effective relationship with fear.
If you’re struggling with fear and/or the same stressful and ineffective thoughts and emotions that seem to be running round and round and keeping you stuck right where you are, this is the episode for you.
Some of the highlights you’ll hear:
Why traditional breathing could be working against you
What you’re missing from a gratitude practice
MindFULness is all the rage, but MindLESSness might be more effective
4 types of intelligence/wisdom - mental, physical, emotional, spiritual
A practical tool to manage your relationship with fear
Feel free to share the episode with someone you think might benefit from Kristen’s message. Thanks, as always, to your continued support and engagement with our show!
Remember, fear is healthy!
