Less is more?

Less is better.

Less but better.

I spent 17 years with a full schedule between swimming and school.

My life was packed to the brim.

I loved moving from one thing to the next and ending my day feeling completely accomplished.

When I got into the “real world” I worked to create that same jam-packed schedule.

It’s what I knew and it worked for me.

But then a weird thing happened.

But then a weird thing happened.

After about 3 years I was exhausted.

But it took me another 12 to figure out why.

Sure I was moving from one thing to the next but I was getting very little done.

Wait, why is this not working?!

Ummm because “back in the day” I had two priorities - swimming and school.

Life was busy, but it was super focused.

There’s a difference between moving from one thing to the next and a jam-packed schedule.

Less but better.

What does that phrase mean for you? 🤔
