Parents / coaches, the greatest gift you can give your athletes is the space and time to figure out how to "just f****** enjoy" themselves before it's all over.

Just like Roy Kent, and every other former athlete, they'll remember more of who they were and how they showed up over EVERYTHING else.

Give them the gift of supporting them in that part of the game long before they realize it's what they really want.
